On 8th April 2024, the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior granted bail to the applicant in MCRC No. 13217/2024, where the accused was charged under Section 309 of the Indian Penal Code for attempted suicide. The case involved sensitive and emotional dimensions, where the applicant was allegedly involved in a self-harm incident and subsequently subjected to custodial proceedings.
